Crab Salad
- 2 cups cooked cooled crab meat, grated
- 1 small/medium onion, diced
- 1 small/medium bell pepper, diced
- 1 small/medium tomato, diced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Black or cayenne pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Serve and enjoy.
- Refrigerate uneaten portion.
