Ingredients:
- 1½ - 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 10 oz can cream of chicken soup (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Add cheese followed by remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon equal parts in a greased muffin pan and bake for about 20 – 25 minutes.
- Makes 12 muffins, enjoy!!
