This one is courtesy of the Jello/Kraft recipes. You could use whatever flavor jello or yogurt you choose. This was a hit with the kids and the hubby and it was super super easy. The orange slice candy was just an added bonus for the kids, but from hereon I would be topping these babies off with real fruit. Now that’s what I call one really healthy dessert.
Ingredients:
- 18 oz peach yogurt
- 1 pkg (3 oz) orange flavored jello gelatin
- Orange slices
Directions:
- Mix yogurt and gelatin mix in a bowl and microwave until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and refrigerate until firm.
- Remove from liners and top with orange slices.
