Buffalo Wings

Have a go at these delicious buffalo wings. They will make you look like a pro :)


  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Oil for deep frying

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 beaten eggs

  1. Section and season wings
  2. Season flour and eggs
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan or heavy pot until it reaches about 375 degrees.
  4. Dip wings in egg then dredge with flour, shake off excess and fry 5-6 pieces at a time until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes). Do not overcrowd the pan.
  5. Drain wings on paper towels before coating with sauce (see recipe)

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup regular bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam/jelly
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar 

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large bowl and microwave for about 1-2 minutes.
