Have a go at these delicious buffalo wings. They will make you look like a pro :)
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Paprika
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 cups flour
- 2 beaten eggs
Instructions:
- Section and season wings
- Season flour and eggs
- Heat oil in a frying pan or heavy pot until it reaches about 375 degrees.
- Dip wings in egg then dredge with flour, shake off excess and fry 5-6 pieces at a time until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes). Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Drain wings on paper towels before coating with sauce (see recipe)
Sauce:
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large bowl and microwave for about 1-2 minutes.
